Justice Ginsburg Says Kaepernick Protest is Disrespectful

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg says Colin Kaepernick's National Anthem protest is "dumb," "disrespectful," "stupid," and "arrogant."

Justice Ginsburg -- in an interview with Katie Couric -- was asked for her thoughts on the controversial protest ... and the justice did NOT mince her words.

"I think it’s dumb and disrespectful."

Ginsburg went on to say, although she strongly disagrees with Kaep and other players protesting ... this is America, and it's their right.

“If they want to be stupid, there’s no law that should be preventive. If they want to be arrogant, there’s no law that prevents them from that."
