Court of Appeals to Hear Anna Nicole Case

A Florida court of appeals will hear the case as to where Anna Nicole's body is to be buried, with oral arguments to be presented tomorrow morning.
At 9:30 AM Wednesday, Justices Barry Stone, Mark Polen and George Shahood of the Fourth District Court of Appeals will hear 20 minutes of arguments from lawyers for Virgie Arthur, who is seeking to bury Anna's body in Texas, and 10 minutes each from attorneys for Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead, both of whom are seeking to have Anna's remains buried in the Bahamas.
