    The ground-breaking Ecuadorian restaurant, Nuema, will join forces with one of the most exciting fine-dining spots in Antigua Guatemala to create a 10-course tasing menu, served over two sittings. The innovative dishes – five from each restaurant – will be accompanied by a drinks pairing centred around Quiltro's signature beverage, doncella hidromiel, served either by the glass or in mead-based cocktails.

    A marriage made in gourmand heaven, where the 'chubby kid' (a literal translation of Niño Gordo) meets the 'full belly' (Barriga Llena). Guests will no doubt be fully sated as Buenos Aires' ever-popular Niño Gordo serves its Asian-inflected dishes alongside Barriga's Llena's famous fried chicken and more. Expect fun, flavourful food, plenty of beer and a buzzing atmosphere.

  • Wild Daughter x Boragó

    Q600 / $80, for a four-course menu cooked over fire, plus welcome cocktail, wine and beer

    Noemi Dulischewski, chef-owner of Wild Daughter, welcomes iconic chef Rodolfo Guzmán of Boragó in Santiago to Guatemala for a collaboration based on cooking over fire. Sourcing ingredients from Antigua's markets, as well as special treats from Chile, the duo and their teams will serve a one-off menu in a stunning outdoor setting, accompanied by wild cocktails.

    Local Antigua favourite Libra started out as a breakfast café, but has developed into a popular dinner destination with its mix of Mesoamerican flavours, Guatemalan ingredients and a hint of chef-owner Amber Burling's Texan roots. For this event, the Mexican influence will come to the fore in the form of signature dishes from internationally renowned Guadalajara restaurant Alcalde, led by the charismatic Francisco 'Paco' Ruano.
