A Milanese hotspot that blends cocktails, culture and cuisine

Located in a former textile warehouse in central Milan, Moebius is redefining what a night out can be. Founded by Lorenzo Querci in 2019, the venue resists being categorised. Part cocktail bar, part bistro, part cultural hub, Moebius offers a succinct blend of food, design, hospitality and ambience.

The aesthetic of Moebius draws inspiration from the sci-fi surrealism of Jean Giraud (Moebius), reimagined by Studio Q‑Bic. The space fuses raw iron, warm wood and natural elements, with a 700‑year‑old Andalusian olive tree spanning two floors and anchoring the space to form a striking centrepiece. At its heart is the cocktail bar, led by Giovanni Allario, which offers a seasonal menu blending culinary techniques with the craft of bartending. Unique reinterpretations like the Pesto Martini (vodka, white balsamic, house pesto), Peach Vodka Soda (vodka, peach, basil, bubbles) and the indulgent Seed Negroni (with pumpkin seeds and cream) are crowd favourites. The drinks are familiar, pared back and built to go down easy as the night picks up.

The venue also houses two distinct dining areas: a casual ground-floor tapa bistro adjoining the bar, perfect for shared, globally influenced plates and Moebius Sperimentale, a fine‑dining glass-enclosed restaurant elevated on the first floor.

This fusion of thoughtful design, meticulously crafted drinks, culinary excellence and warm, attentive service shapes Moebius into an intimate yet expansive cultural landmark in the city of Milan.
