AN 80s pop star has revealed he was rushed to A&E after a gig – sharing some distressing hospital photos with fans. 

The star, 61, appeared to be in a lot of pain as he was seen laying on a bed in a hospital gown. 

Nathan Moore, who shot to fame as a member of Brother Beyond in the mid-80s, was also seen hooked up to a cannula.

Writing alongside the photos, Nathan apologised for spending the gig sat down ahead of his hospital dash, and revealed hopes for a full recovery by the time he was next on stage. 

He said: “Please excuse me for dancing sitting on a chair in Martigues. 

“Unfortunately after the show I spent the night in the hospital.

“I should be recovered for Montpellier, but I can’t dance. My apologies in advance.

“A big thank you to the entire medical team of Martigues, who were so kind.”

After leaving hospital and heading home. Nathan added: “My journey home was interesting.

“Thanks for all your understanding regarding my performances on stage, I’m really struggling and I’m not sure what I am going to do next week.”

Fans rushed to comment, with one writing: “Wow so sorry to hear your medical problem I hope you recover soon.”

Another said: “Take care Nathan. If you can’t dance it’s great to be able to see you and listen to you sing.”

And a third added: “Get well soon Nathan. Take care and take it easy.”

Nathan first found fame with pop rock group Brother Beyond, who are best known for their 1988 hit The Harder I Try.

He was also a member of 90s boyband Worlds Apart.
