We offer our customers financial protection in the event of the financial failure of any park or park operator in this offer by holding your holiday payment in a trust account until the completion of your holiday.
  3. Holidays offered are organised by independent parks and operators. Your contract will be with the owner or operator of your holiday park and comes into effect and your holiday is confirmed when a holiday confirmation has been issued to you by the owner or operator of your holiday park. The party with whom you have your holiday contract accepts liability only for the negligent acts and/or omissions of its employees.
  4. These terms and conditions and How to Book apply to all holidays booked through this offer and, together with the standard conditions of the holiday park or park operator, form the basis of your contract with your holiday park or park operator and theirs with you. This offer is subject to availability. Your signed or online checked application is your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this offer.

Applications & Payment

  1. You can apply online or by post. For detailed instructions on how to apply, please see our How to Book section which forms part of these terms and conditions. Parties of less than four can only be accepted on payment of the four-berth price. In the unlikely event that your chosen holiday is unavailable or where we have made an error (such as incorrect pricing) we will contact you and give you the option of a refund or an alternative holiday – if more expensive, any additional charges would apply.
  2. Payment for postal applications can be made by cheque only. DO NOT SEND CASH OR POSTAL ORDERS. Minimum payment with postal application is £38. If unsuccessful, you will be notified within 3 weeks, or before the first holiday date on your form. If you have not heard anything by this date, please contact us online at club950.co.uk/contactus. Only complete applications will be accepted. We cannot always guarantee multiple applications will be similarly processed. If your application is unsuccessful, your cheque will not be cashed.
  3. Online applications must include payment by credit or debit card. Payments and bookings are managed by Breakfree Holidays Limited, 42 Phoenix Court, Hawkins Road, Colchester, CO2 8JY.
  4. A non-refundable fee of £3 per booking will be added to the cost of all successful online bookings.

Price Guarantee*

  1. The price of your break, with entertainment/clubroom passes and dog charges added (if applicable), will be the best price available for the same holiday (same park, date and accommodation type). If you find it cheaper and email us details within 28 days of applying, once we have verified that the comparative cost is cheaper, we will arrange a refund for the difference plus £10. This price guarantee applies to bookings for a maximum of four people. The comparison excludes online booking fees and other extras such as bed linen and upgrades, Please email us within 28 days of applying should you find your confirmed holiday on offer at a cheaper price.
  2. The per-person price includes service charge and peak date supplements. Prices vary by park and date and are shown in the newspaper listings and online. Parks choose their pricing, so this does not represent quality grading by The Sun. Tourist taxes may apply in Europe.

Your Holiday

  1. Only people whose names are on your holiday booking form can occupy the holiday home allocated. Any persons causing a nuisance or disturbance to others will be asked to leave. Holiday homes will be caravan homes, chalets, apartments, lodges, bungalows, cottages or tents. Holiday homes will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. If you will be arriving at your park during late evening, you MUST advise your park directly in advance. Parks in this offer will allow you to use the park facilities on your day of arrival and departure, usually up until 6pm, before and after your specific holiday home accommodation is available. Some facilities are seasonal.
  2. It is your responsibility to leave your holiday home in the condition that you found it. Breakages, damaged or missing items WILL be charged to you. Refundable damage/housekeeping deposits apply at some parks and these must be paid/reserved on a credit/debit card before your arrival.
  3. These are self-catering holidays; no meals are included in the price.
  4. Bed linen and blankets are only included at parks with the ‘free linen’ symbol or with Premier Plus caravan upgrades. Most other parks offer bed linen and blankets for hire at a reasonable cost, and these can be booked and paid directly with your park operator once you receive your confirmation. Charges apply for cots, highchairs and other extras.
  5. Parks offering full day and evening entertainment programmes may charge for optional Entertainment Plus Passes. Other parks may charge for optional Clubroom Passes. Pass charges are per person per break and are listed under each park’s listing. Entertainment is limited at some parks on some dates. These passes are optional but are required to access most facilities at your holiday park. Passes are payable directly to your park operator after you have received your holiday confirmation and in advance of your arrival.
  6. These are family holidays, and bookings cannot be accepted from parties where all persons are under the age of 21. All adult parties can only be accepted at the holiday park’s discretion and following their terms and conditions. Dogs are only permitted at parks that display the dogs permitted symbol in the park listings. A maximum of two dogs will be permitted in dog-friendly holiday homes at these parks. Other pets and some breeds of dog, including those listed in the Dangerous Dog Act, are not allowed. If you are unsure whether your dog is allowed, please check with your park directly, before booking. Charge apply for taking dogs and these must be paid when booking. Dogs are not allowed on bedding or seating, must not be left unattended, must always be kept on a lead, and you must clean up after your dog. Dogs (other than assistance dogs) are not allowed in park facilities or play areas. If your dog is causing a nuisance or damage, parks reserve the right to refuse entry, or you will need to remove it from the park.
  7. Accessible accommodation is available at most parks to suit people with disabilities. Please contact us via club950.co.uk/contactus within 24 hours AFTER you book online, including your booking reference number, detailing your requirements. If applying by post, please attach a note to your form. Whilst we cannot guarantee there will be suitable accommodation for you, we will endeavour to find one. If no suitable accommodation is found, we will arrange a full refund of any monies paid to us.

Changing or Cancelling your Booking

  1. ABSOLUTELY NO AMENDMENTS can be made by you after your holiday application has been received by us or submitted online. No refunds whatsoever can be made in the event of cancellation by you unless the reason for cancellation is a default of the park or operator.

  1. For European and Isle of Wight holidays, or holidays on the mainland from the Isle of Wight or Ireland, The Sun has negotiated special crossing rates in conjunction with this offer. You must have an active subscription to The Sun Digital Newspaper app. Subscribers to The Sun Newspaper App must link their Sun Digital Newspaper account to Sun Savers. The Sun Digital Newspaper subscribers do not need to collect Sun Savers codes and can apply to book two tickets from 11:00am on Wednesday, July 2 until 23:59 on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 via the Sun Savers app or website.

18.If the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right, without notice to the Winner and at is sole discretion, to substitute the Prize for an alternative Prize.

 

19.The Prize is as stated and is non-exchangeable and non-transferable and No cash alternative is available. The Winner has no right to request or receive an alternative to the Prize in whole or in part. 

 

20.The Winner is responsible for paying all costs and expenses that are not included within the Prize, but are incidental to the Winner redeeming the Prize, including (for example) transport, accommodation, meal costs, spending money, insurance and any other incidentals. The Winner is also personally responsible for any personal expenses and any VAT, national and/or local tax liabilities (if any) incurred in claiming or using the Prize. 

 

21.By participating in the Promotion, participants agree that the Prize is awarded on an “as is” basis, and that neither the Promoter nor any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies, make any guarantees, representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the Prize.

 

22.In addition to the provisions above, in the event that, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter is unable to award the Prize as described in these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to award a prize of a similar nature and an equivalent value, or at its sole discretion, the cash value of the prize. The Promoter also reserves the right to award a prize of a similar nature and an equivalent value, or at its sole discretion, the cash value of the prize if in its reasonable discretion it is appropriate to do so.  

 

23.The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Promotion (including altering Prizes) if, in its reasonable discretion, it becomes necessary to do so. In the event of a printing or other error resulting in there being more Winners than Prizes for the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to: (a) declare as void any claims or entries resulting from such printing or other error; and/or (b) allocate the available Prize(s) through a further draw or to divide the Prize(s) or the value of the Prize(s) between the winners of the Promotion.

 

Winner Notification and Claiming Prize 

 

24.The Promoter will use its reasonable endeavours to notify the Winners by email or using the other contact details provided to the Promoter within 14 days after the end of the Promotion Period. The Winners needs to confirm acceptance of the Prize within 14 days of being notified they have won. Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.  

 

25.If a Winner (i) cannot be contacted within this 14 day window or (ii) refuses or is unable to confirm acceptance of the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a new Winner (at random, using a computer process that produces verifiably random results), from the remaining valid entries that were received during the Promotion Period. 

 

26.The Prize will be delivered within a reasonable time and by no later than 28 (twenty eight) days after the Prize has been accepted.  

 

27.The Promoter proposes to publish the name of the Winner (subject to any objections). To see the Winner’s name and county, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope, by not later than 28 (twenty eight) days after the end of the Promotion Period to News UK, Promotions Department, 1 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9GF clearly indicating which Promotion you would like Winners’ details for.  

 

28.If a Winner objects to their information being published and/or made available as described above, they should inform the Promoter at the earliest opportunity by emailing help@thesun.co.uk. The Winner acknowledges that the Promoter may still be required to share their details with the Advertising Standards Authority or other regulators.

 

Publicity and Data Protection 

 

29.The Promoter will collect and process participants’ personal information in accordance with the privacy policy at http://www.newsprivacy.co.uk/. See also clause 28 and clause 29, with regard to announcement of the Winner.  

 

30.The Promoter is required to either publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place. As such, (and subject to any objections of the Winner) the Promoter will send the surname and county of the Winner and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone that contacts the Promoter at the address given above by no later than 28 (twenty eight) days after the end of the Promotion Period. 

 

Liability 

 

31.Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall in any way limit or exclude the Promoter’s liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any other matter where liability may not be limited as a matter of law.
