Lily Allen 'triggered' by thoughts of estranged husband David Harbour being with other women

Stranger Things actor David Harbour has split from his wife Lily Allen after she allegedly found him using a celebrity dating app and she's been left heartbroken

Lily Allen is struggling to cope after her "painful" split from David Harbour, according to a source.

The pair called time on their romance after Lily allegedly found the Stranger Things star using the celebrity dating app Raya. Lily had gone undercover on the app to conduct a sting operation to uncover her husband's rumored affairs.

A source has alleged Lily searched for women on the dating app and cross-referenced them with the women David follows on his public Instagram account to "figure out who he was seeing." Following their split, Lily checked into a trauma center.

Lily went to the center after returning home from a holiday to Kenya, which David had been set to join her on. "It was very painful for Lily to return home. David used to be her savior, and now he's a trigger for her," a source said.

"Lily settled her kids back into the family home and took them to school for their new term, then flew herself straight to rehab. She went a day earlier than planned as she felt unstable and needed to get away," they continued to the Daily Mail.

Neither David nor Lily have made any statements about their current relationship status, but according to reports, David's online profile describes him as "visiting New York from Atlanta" and notes that he is a "closet nerd that plays tough guys on your TV."

Sources close to Lily believe David has been "open to meeting new people for some time now." One source insisted Lily only rejoined the dating app herself to "figure out whether he was seeing someone."

They added, "Lily has never even looked at anyone since she met David. She is devastated."

Lily and David made their red carpet debut at the 26th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards on January 19, 2020. They officially tied the knot on September 7, 2020, in Las Vegas, complete with an Elvis Presley impersonator leading the ceremony.
