This Moment Belongs to Me: Redefining Strength After Diagnosis and Surgery
Today’s episode of Finding Flow is the third in a special series called This Moment Belongs to Me that features candid conversations with women impacted by breast cancer. We’ll talk about their life after diagnosis, and how they have moved forward with purpose, to embrace their passions, find their flow, and live life to the fullest.
In this two-part episode, Samantha chats first with writer and content creator Anna Crollman, who discusses renegotiating and restoring her mental and physical strength after her diagnosis. We then get practical mental and physical advice from Jenna Wolfe, a journalist and fitness trainer, who had a preventative hysterectomy and double mastectomy after being diagnosed with the BRCA1 gene.
Visit This Moment Belongs to Me to explore other episodes in our breast cancer series and meet the inspiring women who share how they found their flow after a breast cancer diagnosis.
