Future of the Church and civilization depend on individuals who have deep faith, moral courage and the ability to navigate complex world, said Elder Cook at BYU.
The welcome included invitations to walk with Jesus Christ this year.
The First Presidency and Elder Quentin L. Cook welcomed Kristjan Prikk, the ambassador of Estonia to the United States, and his wife, Liis, to Salt Lake City on Friday, Feb. 27.
The San Diego California Temple will be rededicated Aug. 23, and the Phnom Penh Cambodia Temple will be dedicated Aug. 30, following open houses.
"Please let Thy light and blessings from this holy house chase out darkness and bring in goodness," said Elder Gong in the Harare Zimbabwe Temple dedicatory prayer.
