Good template, at the beginning I've find some difficult to change come settings for the activity of my customer (hydraulics) but with your precious support I've done a very beautiful and responsive website!!
Your chat and ticketing support are the best on the web about selling template so I think that I buy all my future template here.
I'm a freelance in web designer, I'm using Joomla.
The thing that for me you have to introduce is a simple support about adjusting template when we update Joomla to last version.... in past a lot of template after update will lost a lot of formatting and other problems that I've to revert old Joomla version.
