What terms apply to the PlayStation®5 offer?

  • Customers who take out a new blue Internet M subscription (79.90/mo.) or a blue Internet L subscription (89.90/mo.) will receive a PlayStation 5 Slim including FC 26 (worth CHF 549.–) for CHF 0.–.
  • Exclusive online: free activation worth 99.90.
  • The offer is available until 11.01.2026 or while stocks last. 
  • Minimum subscription period for blue Internet M or L is 24 months. 
  • If the contract is not completed or is cancelled by the customer, and the customer has already received the devices, they will be charged the full price of the device plus a fixed fee of 200.–.
  • Offer not valid with a simple change of subscription.  
  • 1 gift per subscription, 5 gifts max. per person.
  • To receive the gift, the Internet must be activated before 10.05.2026
  • All items (gift, router and TV-Box) will be posted to the customer 2–3 days before the Internet activation.

How do I receive the PlayStation®5 offer?

  1. Sign up for a new blue Internet M or L subscription and you will receive a PlayStation®5 worth 549.– for free.
  2. Internet activation is required by 10.05.2026 in order to receive the PlayStation®5. You can specify this in the ordering process.
  3. All items (gift, router and TV-Box) will be delivered by post 2-3 days before internet activation.

How can you benefit from the PS5 promotion if you are still with another Internet provider?

To change your Internet provider, you need to:

  1. Cancel your existing contract: To do this, contact your provider and cancel the contract.
  2. You will then receive a termination confirmation from your provider stating the end of the contract.
  3. Once you have received this confirmation, you can order online a new subscription with the PS5 promotion from Swisscom.
  4. In the order process, you must state the end of your old contract. If it is a weekend day, simply select the day before the weekend.
  5. Then order the new subscription with the PS5 promotion and you're done.

I already have a Swisscom Internet subscription – can I benefit?

Existing customers can only benefit from the subscription offer by taking out a new,  additional blue Internet M or L for another location.   

When will the console be shipped?

The device will be delivered by post 2–3 days after activation (Easy Point or Pick-up not possible). Delivery is free of charge.

How can I obtain the game EA Sports FC™ 26?

To get EA Sports FC™ 26, please follow these steps:

When you receive your PS5, the voucher code is usually found on the packaging. Look under the small scratch-off area to find it.

Redeem the code:
Open the PlayStation Store on your console or visit the PlayStation website. Go to the "Redeem Codes" section and enter the 12-digit code to download the game.
