I’m excited to announce my official commitment to Illinois College! I can’t wait to start this new part of my life and grow both academically and athletically. I’m sad to be leaving the teams that got me here, like the FRAY Penguins, Gateway Swim Club, and my wonderful high school team, but I am so excited to swim for Coach Sykes and to be a part of the IC family! I’m thankful for my friends and family who have always been there to support me, and to my mom, who always drove me to all of my swim practices and never missed a meet. Thank you to Tracy Moreland, Thom Bick, Samantha Riegel, Kathleen Westfall, and Dan Broshears. You all have helped me in more ways than I could possibly count, and ways that go beyond swimming itself.
