  The Table ofContents in a book lists the title, number and page numbers of all the chapters in a book. It is near the front of the book. It can be used to find information quickly.   It can be found in a fiction or non-fiction book.

  Find a buddyin your class. Go to the table and select a book off the tables in front of you. Locate the table of contents. Answer the questions on the sheet the library teacher gives you.
