Dr. Rico oversees a multi-billion dollar IT portfolio. He's been a leader in support of NASA, Navy, Air Force, and Army for 33+ years. He's led numerous Cloud, CI, CD, DevSecOps, Lean, Agile, SOA, Web Services, Six Sigma, FOSS, PMBoK, ISO 9001, and CMMI initiatives. He specializes in IT investment analysis, portfolio valuation, and organization change. He's been a keynote speaker, conference presenter, and book/article author. He's a frequent PMI, INCOSE, ALN, and SPIN speaker. He's a certified PMP, CSEP, FCP, FCT, ACP, CSM, SAFe SPC, DevOps, and AWS CCP, and taught at seven universities. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science, M.S. in Software Engineering, and D.M. in Information Systems.
