From September 24, 2025, to January 15, 2026, Caviar Kaspia partners with Hôtel de Crillon for a unique collaboration.
It is the art of hospitality, timeless elegance, and the audacity to surprise their guests that has brought these two iconic Parisian institutions together.

Smoked salmon, blinis, black truffle croque, assortment of taramas, lobster rolls... Enjoy a unique culinary experience at bar Les Ambassadeurs.

An Iconic Cocktail Bar in Paris

Located on Place de la Concorde, the bar Les Ambassadeurs at Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel, epitomises the quintessential spirit of Paris. Overlooking one of the most beautiful squares in the world and offering a terrace under the arcades, the mythical address is a unique venue enchanting both Parisians and guests with creative cocktails and live music (except in August).

This first volume celebrates the vibrant flavors of spring and summer, through innovative cocktails featuring carefully selected produce.

Live music from Thursday to Saturday until September 20, then every day from September 21 onwards.

Dress code : Smart casual.

Guest shift

The bar Les Ambassadeurs welcomes bartenders from around the world for Guest Shift evenings.

Teams take control of the bar to introduce their cocktails to the customers of the Hôtel de Crillon.

The bar manager, Kevin Rigault

Kevin has been working in the bar industry for 10 years between Paris and London. He believes in the primary success of the bar through constant staff development and unwavering commitment to the values of integrity, hospitality and teamwork.

His favorite cocktail? The Sazerac, a classic cocktail from New Orleans, is considered by many to be America’s oldest cocktail.
