I originally auditioned for the Rider Cheer Team to continue sharing my love for dance and getting out into the community with Rider Nation, while working with a group of great women. I keep auditioning and coming back every year because of the amazing women I get to work and dance with, the electric game days, and the opportunity to cheer along with and meet Roughrider Fans out in the community and across the province.
Some of my top Rider Cheer memories are; the energy and vibes in the stadium right after the game ending walk off win during my first LDC in 2019, dancing with The Beaches during my first Grey Cup in Calgary 2019, watching the stadium get up and join us during every forth quarter stretch, and getting to perform with the Jonas Brothers during the 2024 Grey Cup Halftime show in Vancouver!
A bit more about Tatianna
Growing up Tatianna could typically be found in the dance studio, on the stage, at the farm or spending time with friends outside! She was lucky enough to learn so many genres of dance, including Ukrainian dance which was always a favourite especially with perogies always being found in the canteen for supper.
Tati attended the University of Regina where she got her Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Management and a Certificate in Nonprofit Innovation and Research.
She’s also had the opportunity to go back to the U of R to take Human Resource classes to further her education.
She works for Innovation Federal Credit Union as a Recruitment Specialist and has found a love for both HR and working to help people achieve their career goals! As she currently works towards her CPHR designation, she notes the importance of lifelong learning.
When she’s not at work, on the field, or out in the Rider community – she can be found at a workout class, out for a walk, with friends, hanging with her dogs, creating endless spreadsheets, out for a sweet treat or reading.
