On Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 12:05 AM, Troopers arrested David J. Pizzi, age 46, of 9 Rawlinson Drive, Coventry, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I to V Controlled Substance – 10 Grams or Less (Fentanyl), and 2.) Possession of a Schedule I to V Controlled Substance – 10 Grams or Less (Clonazepam). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Legris Avenue in the Town of West Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third Division District Court.
