On Saturday, January 31, 2026, at 11:49 AM, Troopers arrested Kimbery Maxwell, age 44, of 43 Sherida Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island for 1.) Check Kiting over $1,000. The arrest was a result of a Barracks investigation, and Maxwell turning herself in at the Lincoln Woods Barracks. Maxwell was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Federal Street in the City of Providence. Vaca was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
On Sunday, February 1, 2026, at 12:27 AM, Troopers arrested Dean A. Pena Tejada, age 26, of 68 Sunset Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the charge of Driving with Expired or without a License – Fourth and Subsequent Offense, originating out of the State Police – Wickford Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on North Main in the City of Providence. Pena Tejada was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
