Which publication can I read?
You will gain digital access to premium articles when you take out an individual subscription per publication. Available titles include:
Automotive, Fleet & Mobility, Industrielinqs, Infrasite, Mobiliteit.nl, Mobility Energy, Nieuwsblad Transport, RijschoolPro, Routiers, Schuttevaer, SpoorPro, Taxipro, and Transport & Logistiek.
This also applies to our Belgian publications: Flows, RateOne, Seatrade, and Mobility Energy BE, as well as our English-language titles: Railfreight, Railtech.com, and WorldCargoNews.
Where can I read these publications?
Each publication has its own website. You will have full access to all premium content on the site of the publication to which you are subscribed. Simply log in to read all articles, news, and archived content.
How can I read content on my phone, tablet, or computer?
On any device, click the login button in the top-right corner and enter your login credentials.
What is my username?
Your username is your personal email address.
If you are unable to log in, please contact our customer service team.
My password is incorrect what should I do?
Click on ‘Forgot password’ and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. This link will remain valid for 24 hours. Didn’t receive an email? Please check your spam folder.

When does my subscription start?
If you have purchased a new subscription via our website, you can start reading immediately. Once the order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. You can then log in using the credentials you created.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you wish to cancel your subscription, simply send an email to klantenservice@promedia.nl.
You will receive a confirmation of cancellation via email.
Which payment methods are available?
Payment is not required immediately upon ordering a subscription. During checkout, you can choose between invoice or direct debit. You will receive an invoice via email within a few days, including a payment link. You can pay via electronic bank transfer or credit card.
How do I gain access to articles from a specific publication?
Order a subscription and create your login credentials. Once your order is complete, you can log in and access all articles, news, and archived content.
I receive the newsletter but cannot access the articles.

Is there a cooling-off period after purchasing a subscription?
For private customers, a 14-day cooling-off period applies. This means you may cancel your subscription within two weeks without giving a reason.
After this period, a one-month notice period applies before the annual renewal begins.
Business customers do not have a right of withdrawal.
What is the notice period for business subscriptions?
A minimum one-month notice period applies. This means that the subscription must be cancelled at least one month before the new annual subscription period begins, by emailing klantenservice@promedia.nl.
Cancellations by phone unfortunately cannot be processed.
What is the notice period for private subscriptions?
During the first year, cancellation is not possible (except under the right of withdrawal). After the first year, you may cancel at any time with a minimum notice of one month before the next renewal period.

I missed the cancellation deadline for my business subscription – what now?
We’re sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, if the cancellation was not submitted in time, the subscription will automatically renew for another year. The cancellation will then apply to the next subscription period.
I’ve moved – how do I update my address?
You can update your delivery or billing address easily via My ProMedia. Alternatively, you may notify us by email or phone.
What is the duration of a subscription?
All subscriptions are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are automatically renewed annually, unless cancelled.
When does my subscription period start?
You can check your active subscriptions and billing periods in My ProMedia, and the subscription period is also shown on your annual invoice.
Where can I find the subscription terms and conditions?
You’ll find the subscription terms outlined in Article 12 of our General Terms and Conditions for subscriptions and webshop purchases.
My newspaper/publication hasn’t been delivered – what should I do?
Please send an email to klantenservice@promedia.nl including your full address details.
I want to file a complaint – how can I do that?
If you’re not satisfied with our service, we’d like to hear from you. Please email klantenservice@promedia.nl and your complaint will be handled as soon as possible.
