Step 1 - Design Consultation
This is the time for us to understand what you are looking for — your style, color preferences and more. We will walk you through the custom-made procedure and provide price quotations.
- As part of the process, we offer 2–3 complimentary sketches.
- Additional sketches can be provided at HKD 500 each, deductible from your final order as part of the deposit.
Step 2 - Measurement
Once we finalize a style, we will send through a payment link and measurement form. Either follow our measurement guide online or arrange for a virtual call to allow us to guide you through step by step.
Step 3 - Qipao Production
Once we have your measurements, it may take up to 12 weeks to make the qipao, depending on the style and complexity of the design. We will update you when the qipao is ready for delivery.
Step 4 - Local Alteration
If you need any adjustments after you receive your qipao, you can visit a local tailor and we reimburse you up to HKD 300 for the alterations with a receipt proof.
