As the Assessors Office is relocating out of Building B of the Santucci Justice Center, the DA is looking to expand into the available space to accommodate their growing program needs. This project is the planning and design for tenant improvements to accommodate office and interview room requirements. With the transition to digital files, physical filing space that is no longer needed will be modified into a conference room/training area. To increase building security, a ballistic wall and transaction window is being planned within the lobby.
Construction of a new stand-alone Medium Security Housing and Vocational Training Facility at the Bill Santucci Justice Center. The facility is planned for approximately 38,500 square feet and will provide 60 beds for Men's Re-Entry Inmates, 60 beds for Female Minimum-Security Inmates, dayrooms, bathrooms, an officer's station, visitation, classrooms and vocational training.
Design-Build project to construct a new Mental Health Housing Unit at the South Placer Adult Correctional Facility at the Bill Santucci Justice Center. The facility is planned for approximately 16,555 square feet and will provide 45 jail beds, dayrooms, bathrooms, officer's station and classroom.
Remodel of the office lobby area to allow greater public waiting room capacity, a self-service area, improved visibility for staff and a new emergency exit. An exterior flagpole will be installed near the Veterans Services entrance.

Placer County has successfully closed escrow on two adjacent properties at 5700 and 5750 West Oaks Boulevard in Rocklin, each offering 55,000 square feet of space and ample parking. These new buildings will soon serve as a hub for expanded county services, bringing government operations closer to residents of Rocklin, Roseville, Lincoln, Loomis, and surrounding unincorporated areas.
