Environmental review, planning and design for a potential mixed-use project on an 11.4-acre County-owned site in the Dollar Hill area of Tahoe City, including achievable/workforce housing. The project is planned to incorporate two-story buildings for affordable housing and for-sale homes.
A new, 45,000 to 50,000 square foot facility designed to accommodate Sheriff, Probation, District Attorney, Public Defender and Courts. The represented departments prefer a new building located on the site of the existing facility.
