Rick bird-proofed the solar panels on our roof, and cleaned the gutters and solar panels too. He did a fantastic job! He noticed some roof tiles were broken, and offered to relay them for us while he was up there, which was very generous.
He was very friendly and communicated well throughout the process. A neighbour even popped over to enquire about booking him to bird-proof their solar panels too!
We were also impressed with the communication from the team from getting a quote and the speed of booking an appointment.

Dan was fantastic. He was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and very fair with extending the treatment and offering advice on stopping a return of vermin. Also important to mention the call handling staff, who were also remarkably knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and thorough. I called around several companies and this firm was by far the best value.
