Refund policy
Returns and refunds are reviewed on a case by case basis so please do get in contact HERE if you have any queries.
Due to the nature of the products in our boxes, they'll need to still be sealed to ensure the products have not been used and still in a resealable condition in order to claim a refund.
We have a 30 day return policy - subject to approval by our Customer Services Team. Returns are at the expense of the customer if approved.
