Anxiety is a song by American rapper, singer and songwriter Doechii, that delves into the complexities of mental health.
Built upon a sample from Gotye's 2011 hit Somebody That I Used to Know, Doechii originally self-released the song on YouTube in 2019, before re-recording it in 2025 when it gained traction on social media. The song had gained attention after a snippet was featured in Sleepy Hallow's 2023 track A N X I E T Y, the exposure led to a surge in popularity on TikTok, prompting fans to request a full release.
In March 2025, Anxiety became Doechii's highest-charting UK single to date, earning her a first Top 5 placing on the Official Singles Chart.
