Group Picnic Sites
There are four group picnic sites available for rent: Creekside Park, Crockett Park, Nunn Wilson Family Park and Summer Lake Park.
If you are interested in reserving a group picnic area, follow the instructions to reserve one of the four group picnic areas listed.
You are able to reserve a picnic area 90 days in advance on our website.
- Navigate: Go to the registration site and log into an existing account or create a new one. Once logged in, select the green tab in the catalog that says Picnic Rentals.
- Selection: Select the park you want to reserve to see a brief description of the park and a reservation calendar. You will be able to select from the green dates. The time will default to 9 am to 5 pm; you can tell us the time of your rental on the next page. Add the date to your cart and check out. If your desired date is in gray, it may be too early to make a reservation, or the picnic area may be unavailable that day.
- Attachments: Review the Facility Use Policy and any other attachments before continuing.
- Prompts: These are a series of questions that relate to your rental. Please answer those questions, and then select submit.
- Waiver: You can read through the liability waiver and then you will select the check box to agree to the waiver and then click confirm waiver agreement.
- Payment: A refundable damage deposit is due at the time of booking. You can also choose to pay the picnic area fee now or select the "Pay Later" box to pay only the deposit at this time.
- Review and Confirm: You will see the park name, date, and time as well as the fee that you will be responsible for.
- Receipt: This is not your permit. Your permit will be accessible from your account once the picnic area fee has been paid.
