JetBlue is expanding its TrueBlue loyalty program by adding point-earning and redemption opportunities for flights operated by Condor, the airlines announced in a joint press release, effective immediately.

The change applies across U.S. trans-Atlantic gateways served by Condor and followed other loyalty and network moves JetBlue introduced earlier in the summer.

JetBlue framed the move as part of a broader push to give members more flexibility and access to destinations across Europe, while reiterating recent product and route expansions intended to broaden how points could be earned and spent.

What To Know

The expanded partnership increased the range of itineraries for TrueBlue members by enabling points accrual and award redemptions on Condor-operated flights connecting multiple U.S. gateways with Frankfurt and onward to major European cities. JetBlue presented the change as widening travel options for loyalty members and strengthening trans-Atlantic connectivity from its Northeast focus cities.

Under the expanded partnership, TrueBlue members can shop for eligible award flights operated by Condor, add their TrueBlue number, and redeem TrueBlue points on Condor itineraries connecting through Frankfurt to cities such as Paris, Berlin, Rome and others named by the carriers. The press release listed nine U.S. trans-Atlantic gateways served by Condor, including New York (JFK) and Boston (BOS).

Changes at JetBlue

The Condor announcement followed two other JetBlue initiatives earlier this summer.

JetBlue has rebranded its travel booking site as TrueBlue Travel, replacing Paisly by JetBlue. Powered by JetBlue's proprietary Paisly platform, it enables members to earn and redeem points seamlessly for flights, flight + hotel packages, hotels, and car rentals, expanding flexibility and travel value for TrueBlue members.

JetBlue also announced expanded routes, including new service to Vero Beach and the return of Daytona Beach from Boston and New York starting December 2025. Additional flights connect Long Island with Tampa and Fort Myers, plus new Florida-Caribbean routes, strengthening JetBlue's Northeast presence and enhancing access to Florida and the Dominican Republic.

What People Are Saying

"Expanding our loyalty partnerships is a key part of how we deliver greater value to our customers," Edward Pouthier, vice president of loyalty and personalization at JetBlue, said in JetBlue's Condor partnership announcement.

"Integrating Condor flights into the TrueBlue program adds meaningful value for our guests by offering another attractive frequent flyer option," David Carlisle, vice president of network planning & partnerships at Condor, said in the joint release.

What Happens Next

The carriers said Condor would move into the new Terminal 6 at JFK next year, positioning it adjacent to JetBlue's Terminal 5, and TrueBlue members could immediately begin earning and redeeming points on Condor flights via JetBlue's website and app.
