Kaelin Bradshaw, a TikTok influencer with over 100,000 followers, died on Monday at the age of 29 from stage 4 Cholangiocarcinoma, her family confirmed.
According to the Mayo Clinic, Cholangiocarcinoma—also known as bile duct cancer—"is a type of cancer that forms in the slender tubes (bile ducts) that carry the digestive fluid bile. Bile ducts connect your liver to your gallbladder and to your small intestine." It affects "mostly in people older than age 50, though it can occur at any age."

On Wednesday, Bradshaw's husband, Andrew Bradshaw, took to her TikTok page to announce her death.
“From the moment Kaelin was diagnosed, she was devastated, but also determined. She promised me and our family she was going to fight and never give up," he said. "She fulfilled her promise, but unfortunately, her disease progressed beyond her body’s ability to keep fighting. She was not in pain, and her room was surrounded by the love and compassion of our entire family. She was not alone, nor was she ever alone throughout this entire journey."
In March, the social media star revealed her diagnosis on YouTube. Prior to learning she had Cholangiocarcinoma, Kaelin Bradshaw said she was "misdiagnosed by two other doctors." She noted that her symptoms started approximately one year ago in October 2024. Following a workout injury, a "liver mass was found incidentally."
In her final TikTok post, Kaelin Bradshaw urged people to donate to her GoFundMe for "whatever the future brings."
"My husband has been by my side since day one—he's stayed with me every single night I’ve been in the hospital and somehow managed to juggle two jobs on top of that," she said of Andrew Bradshaw's support. "He even sold his truck and boat just to help ease the financial pressure on both of us."
"I really want to take some of that stress off his shoulders so he can focus on just being here with me. We're also hoping to take a trip together as soon as I get the green light to start my next treatment, and we’d love to be financially ready when that time comes."
Kaelin Bradshaw added that creating the fundraiser "wasn't an easy decision," but she decided to set it up "after a lot of thought."
"Thank you all for the love and support you’ve already shown," she said. "It truly means the world."
