We, targeted individuals have experienced a variety of neurological brain injury assaults for many years, some of us for more than a decade and we have been ignored and discounted. Our pleas for help is vitally unheard as we continue to sound the alarm and cry for assistance that these assaults on our bodies end. The legislation, Havana Syndrome Act of 2021 passed Congress authorizing financial assistance and medical care for injured individuals from the intelligence community. As American citizens, we are seeking equal protection under the law as we are injured by directed energy weapons (DEWs) as well.
This is my FOIA request for DOJ and DOD,

1. Are DEWs regulated?

2. NSA claimed, “Targeted Justice,” recently that there are 200,000 targets (Targeted Individuals) in the US.” How many Targeted Individuals are there?

3. How many Targeted Individuals filled out the Health Incident Response Task Force Questionnaire (HIRTF)? Are there reports from the FBI or CIA from the HIRTF Questionnaire?

4. Are there published reports or studies with detailing information from over the decades that provides circumstantial support of Americans being attacked by DEWs? In addition, are there reports, studies, or investigations that identifies Americans suffering longstanding and debilitating effects from DEW attacks?

5. Are there reports or studies on the numbers of Department of Defense personnel who are afflicted with Anomalous Health Incidents?

At least one Massachusetts State Police officer arrived at the scene, and at least two Massachusetts Environmental Police officers, in separate vehicles, arrived at the scene.

I am writing to request any incident reports that were filed with your agency as a result of the activity at this location at the specified time. I am a regular user of the Mystic Lake waterway and I am requesting this information so that I can assure myself and others that there were no environmental impacts to the lake that we should be aware of.
