With over 2,500 students trained across seven colleges, our CSR programs are designed to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity, one student, one skill, one placement at a time. Through our flagship CSR partnership with Sai Krushna Charitable Trust, we focus on sustainable skill development, digital literacy, financial awareness, and career readiness. At the heart of our CSR journey lies a simple belief: education is the greatest equalizer.
Our program is built around a 60-hour, 8-module curriculum that trains students in communication, logical reasoning, AI tools, financial literacy, and more. Tailored for underprivileged students, this curriculum builds the foundation for a career many previously thought unreachable.
With our CSR support, two colleges have now established fully functional placement cells, a first for many of their students. These structures ensure continuous support in resume-building, interview preparations, and connecting with potential employers.
We’ve organized industry visits, internships, and mock interviews, offering students hands-on experience and clarity on career pathways. These practical engagements directly improve placement confidence and outcomes.
We’ve introduced cutting-edge tools like ChatGPT, Yoodli, and Orai to prepare students for a digital-first world. From crafting standout resumes to mastering presentation skills, our AI curriculum helps them stay one step ahead.
Our sessions focus on self-awareness, goal setting, and professional etiquette, building the soft skills essential for workplace success. Students don’t just learn what it takes to get a job, they learn what it takes to thrive.
