A Place In The Sun is set to return to Channel 4 in just a few weeks

A Place In The Sun is set to return to Channel 4 with brand new episodes next month and will feature popular presenter Laura Hamilton, Lee Junggernauth and Craig Rowe

A Place In The Sun will return to Channel 4 with a host of brand new episodes.

And fans will only have to wait a few weeks to see hopeful couples seek to find their perfect home abroad, as the news series is set to kick off in November. Channel 4 bosses have claimed the new series will show "more inspiring" stories. Each episode is expected to feature a dedicated presenter who will embark on their property hunting journey.

The couples will be shown five properties in particular locations while seeing what amenities are in the area. And the areas include coastal resorts of Spain and Portugal. Viewers will also see tranquil towns and villages in Italy, France, Greece and Cyprus.

To start, Laura Hamilton will be showing Fran and Noel properties abroad, far away from their peaceful area of Shoreham-by-Sea. One of their pre-requisites is to have enough space for them and their two dogs. The couple are looking for a holiday home in the town of Pueblos Blancos in Andalucia, Spain, with a £100,000 budget.

Later in the series, Lee Juggernauth is faced with the same task with Carol and David in Valencia, Spain. But unlike Fran and Noel, Carol and David have sold their Hertfordshire home and are looking to live out their life in Valencia. They say they fell in love with the country 20 years ago. And their budget is an eye-watering £225,000.

Meanwhile, Craig Rowe will be positioned in the Canary Islands to help Bridget and Paul find their perfect home. They say they have dreamed of owning a plot of land in the south of Tenerife as they dedicated their life to raising their children.

They were also foster parents to many children over the years. They have a budget of £160,000, which was enough for Craig to shortlist a few homes. Jasmine Harman, Leah Charles-King, Jean Johansson, and Ben Hillman are also signed up for the new series. Earlier this month, Laura was seen smiling from ear to ear as she attended a star-studded event with her children, Rocco, 10 and Tahlia, nine.

Beaming with pride, Laura wore a baby blue jumper teamed with a matching satin floor-length skirt. But her smile may also be to do with her new love interest. A source told MailOnline: "Laura has been dating James since January and they spend all their time together. While Laura has been single since splitting from her ex-husband, James is still married, and their relationship has caused his estranged wife Jackie a lot of hurt and upset."

They added: "She was oblivious to their budding romance in the beginning and is currently navigating a heart-wrenching divorce, with her main focus being the safeguarding of her two daughters. Laura and James have strived to keep their relationship under wraps, but after several months, they're inseparable and fully devoted to each other for the long haul."
