The One Show's Alex Jones forced to step in as Jamie Laing makes Jon Bon Jovi admission

The One Show hosts Alex Jones and Clara Amfo were forced to step in as Jamie Laing made an unexpected remark about Jon Bon Jovi during Friday's show

The One Show presenters Alex Jones and Clara Amfo had to abruptly interrupt Friday's episode as the conversation between two guests got a bit awkward.

During the latest episode, Alex, 48, and Clara, 41, were in conversation with Jamie Laing and Jon Bon Jovi. As they chatted with Jon, 63, about his forthcoming tour, Jamie, 36, had a crucial question to pose.

Jamie queried: "Are you going to play Livin' on a Prayer while you're on tour?" to which Jon replied: "In the right key! It will be in the right key as I can hit the right high notes."

Made In Chelsea star Jamie continued: "That song means a lot to me..." to which Jon asked why, leading Jamie to reveal: "I lost my virginity to it, I did!"

At this point, hosts Alex and Clara exclaimed: "Oh, Jamie!" while Jon joked: "Now we're talking! There goes the family show ratings, poor producing crew! What, what did you do?", reports Wales Online.

Jamie retorted: "What? When I listened to it?" but before he could elaborate further, Alex quickly intervened and halted the conversation, stating: "Let's not have details!" while Clara chimed in: "It's a family show!".

Moving the segment forward, Alex added: "A very important song, lovely!" causing Jamie and Jon to burst into laughter on the sofa.

Twitter, now X, was abuzz with viewers sharing their amusement over the show moment.

One viewer commented: "Gotta love jamie #TheOneShow" accompanied by a laughing emoji, another wrote: "I love Jamie Lang. #TheOneShow" with heart emojis, while yet another added: "B****y love bon jovi #TheOneShow!".

Elsewhere during the show, Jamie asked Jon to become his baby's godfather.

Jamie declared: "I would absolutely love that and the baby would love that as well!" prompting the singer to chuckle at the proposal, replying: "Yeah, I bet!".

Jamie then enquired: "Jon, give me the best fatherly piece of advice, go!" with Jon answering: "Let them be them!".

The Made In Chelsea star and his wife Sophie Habboo are awaiting the arrival of their first child.
