EastEnders spoilers: Eve's mum arrives in Walford, two returns and Harry 'set free'

Next week, EastEnders fans are in for a jam packed week of drama, returns and new arrivals as Walford continues to reel from recent events

It's another dramatic week in EastEnders next week, as Walford sees a return, a new arrival and more drama with Zoe and the Slaters.

At the end of last week, we discovered Dennis Rickman wasn't the father of Zoe's twins after all, and it looks like the secret is set to cause shockwaves around the Square.

Back at The Vic, Zoe, Kat and Alfie are horrified to discover someone has defaced the Slater family photos, and to make things worse, her cat has also gone missing, which causes chaotic scenes.

There's another new arrival in Walford, as we finally meet Eve's mum, Norma. We've heard a lot about Eve's difficult relationship with her mother, but haven't yet met her, until now...

Eve and Suki explain their hopes for adoption, and ask for a reference, but despite her initial doubts, Norma eventually agrees.

However, things take a turn later in the week when Norma questions Eve’s capabilities as a mum, and later Eve tells Suki she doesn't want to go through with the adoption after all. Suki then enlists the help of Lily - but what happens next?

With a return on one side of the Square, is a return on the other. Phil returns after his holiday to Portugal, but he's less than impressed one when he learns of Nigel's hit and run - and accuses Julie of being responsible.

He then speaks to Jack - and enlists the help of his famous solicitor Ritchie.

Fans were over the moon when Ritchie returned to help Zoe last month, as Phil's ex wife Kat begged him for help when she was arrested for her past assault on Greg. Now, she's back again, this time to help Nigel.

Gina is discharged from the hospital, but George isn't free from worry as he begins to worry about Kojo, and Phil's return sparks fears as George learns Phil never agreed to Kojo and Harry having time off...

It's Kojo to the rescue however, as he seizes an opportunity and finds the key to release Harry. Unable to walk, Harry tells a reluctant Kojo to go before Okie returns.

There's also a return for Nicola Mitchell, as fans have been questioning her absence while her son Harry has been in grave danger. When we last saw Nicola, she'd struck up a relationship with George, but with everything going on, he calls time on their relationship.

It's not the only thing on Nicola's mind though, as things go from bad to worse when she makes an unexpected discovery, but what could it be?

It's set to be a mysterious week on the soap, as on the other side of the Square, Anthony makes a suspicious phone call, which suggests that all isn’t as it seems.

It comes after Kim and Patrick are already suspicious of his a clandestine behaviour, and it looks like Dr Anthony is here to stay as he has accepted a permanent job at the surgery.
