No Doctor Who adventure could happen without the Time Lord himself and while their face has changed many times over the years, the mischievous attitude has remained the same.
Now as the fifteenth Doctor, actor Ncuti Gatwa will be starring in the Christmas special after he made his own debut as the Time Lord last Christmas.
Gatwa is best known for portraying Eric in Netflix ’s hit comedy-drama Sex Education and has since been in the Barbie movie and Apple TV+’s Masters Of The Air.

Guest starring as the Doctor’s temporary sidekick is actress Nicola Coughlan who shot to fame as Clare Devlin in Channel 4 ’s Derry Girls.
Since 2020, she has gained global fame by starring as Penelope Featherington in Netflix’s romantic drama Bridgerton.

Among those working at the Time Hotel is Trev Simpkins who is played by actor Joel Fry.
