Is Chelsea Lazkani from Selling Sunset divorced?

Chelsea Lazkani, 31, met Jeff, 42, on Tinder in 2015 and they married two years later.

Selling Sunset star Chelsea Lazkani's marriage to her husband Jeff was thrown into the spotlight in the latest season of the Netflix hit series. Bre Tiesi was told by her friend Amanda Lynn about some damning rumours involving Jeff.

Amanda met with Bre to explain how she had been informed by a 'reliable source' about Jeff seemingly having an affair with another woman. She said he and the mystery woman had been seen kissing at his apartment block and when Bre was given the information, she decided Chelsea deserved to know.

At first, Chelsea was grateful for Bre coming directly to her, but she later started to have doubts about Bre's motives, thinking she had planned to set Chelsea up. This sparked a huge feud between the pair and their mutual friends, Chrishell Stause and Emma Hernan.

All the while Chelsea was trying to decide how to move forward with her marriage. In the final moments of the season, Chelsea was seen taking off her wedding ring as she scoped out a potential new home for herself, stating how the house screamed 'new beginnings' for her.

This has led fans to wonder whether Chelsea actually filed for a divorce, and the answer is yes - she did.

Chelsea filed for divorce in March this year as TMZ claimed that legal documents cited 'irreconcilable differences' as the official reason for their split.

They share three-year-old daughter Melia and five-year-old son Maddox, and it was reported Chelsea had sought 'joint physical and legal custody' of their children.

Chelsea asked for spousal support from Jeff but did not terminate his ability to request alimony himself.

She has since removed all traces of Jeff from her Instagram account.

Jeff's lawyer noted he also wanted a divorce and was citing 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason.

He made a number of claims against Chelsea, suggesting they both should not live at their five-bedroom Manhattan Beach home, which he is the primary owner of.

Chelsea didn't provide an exact date for separation but she was heard telling Emma at the end of the series: "I haven't really wrapped my head around what the next couple months, let alone the next couple of years, would look like for me.

"But something about being in this house just screams new beginnings for me and I'm kind of not closing my mind to it like I was before, I'm just embracing it."
