When is Carabao Cup quarter-final draw? Time, date, ball numbers and how to watch live

The Carabao Cup fourth round kicks off tonight, with the remaining eight sides after this round's action finding out this week who they will face as the competition enters its business stage

The Carabao Cup fourth round gets underway this week as the 16 remaining EFL and Premier League clubs fight it out for the chance to lift the trophy. Several David vs Goliath type clashes await, with League Two side Grimsby Town and League One’s Wycombe Wanderers welcoming Premier League sides Brentford and Fulham, respectively, on Tuesday night.


This evening’s action will also see Wrexham host Cardiff City, while Swansea vs Manchester City, Arsenal vs Brighton & Hove Albion, Liverpool vs Crystal Palace, Wolves vs Chelsea, and Newcastle vs Tottenham Hotspur round off Wednesday night’s fixtures.

When is the Carabao Cup quarter-final draw?

The draw is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. While the exact time is yet to be confirmed, it is expected to take place after the conclusion of that evening’s last fixture between Newcastle and Spurs. The live draw could begin around 10pm, or later, should it go to a penalty shootout after 90 minutes of play.
