Gable Steveson will make his highly-anticipated professional Dirty Boxing debut later this evening.
The freestyle Olympic gold medalist made the switch to MMA earlier this year, scoring a vicious first round knockout victory over Braden Peterson at LFA 217. Tipped for big things inside the cage, the heavyweight star has put his MMA career on hold for the time being as he looks to make big waves under the Dirty Boxing banner.
The promotion - which was launched in 2024 - has quickly gained attention for its unique rule set, allowing: Superman punches, spinning backfists, elbows, and standing ground-and-pound in addition to traditional striking. The promotion is co-owned by UFC legend Jon Jones and tonight's card features several ex-UFC stars. And so, here is everything you need to know about the event...
What UK time does Dirty Boxing 4 start tonight?
Gable Steveson and Billy Swanson will go head-to-head this evening at the Pinnacle in Nashville, Tennessee. The official broadcast is due to start at 12am Friday morning UK time (8pm ET / 7pm CT / 5pm PT). In the main event, expect Swanson to make the walk to the ring first at around 4am Friday morning UK time (12am Friday morning PT / 11pm Thursday evening CT / 9pm Thursday evening PT) with Steveson set to follow straight afterwards. The two stars will then touch gloves just after 4:20am UK time before the first bell sounds. The main event time could change depending on how long the undercard fights take to complete.
