'Royals know what they are doing with Andrew - more could come out', claims butler
Andrew Mountbatten Windsor was stripped of his royal titles and told to vacate the Royal Lodge last week over his ties to the late sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein
A royal insider has claims "something bigger" could emerge amid the unfolding Epstein saga.
The world was stunned last week when Buckingham Palace announced Andrew would be stripped of his titles over his connection to the late billionaire child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. Andrew will also leave the Royal Lodge mansion and is due to move into a property on the King's private Sandringham estate in the coming months.
Andrew has always strongly denied the accusations against him, including that he had sex with the late Virginia Giuffre when she was 17. But the scandals have distracted from his role within the Royal Family and it was decided he should have his titles withdrawn as a result.
Former royal butler Grant Harrold told GB News, who worked for King Charles when he was The Prince of Wales in the years between 2004 and 2011, commented on his "gut feeling" in a new revelation. "My gut feeling is that something bigger is going to come out," he said.
"The Royal Family are not silly, they know exactly what they are doing and to remove these titles, to remove his birth right, to take all that away…they are not doing this lightly. There is something going on. There is something brewing and I think they're getting ready for whatever is going to happen. They’re getting ready for it."
Mr Harold said by withdrawing the titles from Andrew and telling him to leave his Windsor mansion, the Royal Family is attempting to distance themselves from him. It is understood the King's decision to do this was in order to support the wider family, in particular his son and heir Prince William.
It is also believed Prince Harry, who has had a turbulent relationship with King Charles in recent years, also believes his dad did the right thing. The saga has attracted international attention, including from US President Donald Trump.
Speaking to journalists aboard Air Force One late on said: "It's a terrible thing that's happened to the (royal) family. That's been a tragic situation. It's too bad. I feel badly for the family."
