Americans try British carvery and can't believe one food item is missing from plate

An American woman was thrilled to sample a "very highly recommended" restaurant that they don't have in the USA - the one and only Toby Carvery. The British pub chain, which most Brits have been to at some point in their lives, specialises in traditional roast dinners, which she was eager to sample. As they queued for their meat, Amber Kacherian observed that it "looks delicious," mentioning that she knew what a Yorkshire pudding was.
She rubbed her hands together as she waited for her turn in line, visibly excited. "Do you put the stuffing inside the Yorkshire pudding? I'm not really sure", she said, as a staff member suggested putting "anything you want" inside, recommending "cheese or gravy".
Amber was also amazed by the variety of different styles of potatoes available at the carvery.
"I think I'm just going to slather everything in gravy," she remarked, which is the proper way to do it if you ask us!
She then noted how excellent the drinks' selection was at the machine.
"We've loaded our plates up," she revealed, as she filmed everyone's plates, which were heaped high with all different types of meat. They all noted that it looked "delicious," but Amber did have one grumble about the meal.
She said: "One thing that was noticeably absent from the carvery is beans! Where are the beans? I thought everywhere had beans in the UK".
Most Brits would baulk at the idea of beans on a roast dinner, despite our fondness for beans on toast or in a jacket potato.
Amber remarked that the stuffing with gravy "tastes like home" as it reminded her of her Thanksgiving meal. She was thoroughly impressed with the Toby Carvery, likening it to a complete Thanksgiving feast.
She enjoyed four different types of meat - roast beef, ham, turkey, and pork, praising the "meat is really good" meat as "nice and tender and juicy".
One of Amber's mates grumbled about the UK's cooking habit of not adding salt during the process, instead having to "add it after," which he compared to "putting sugar on a cake after it's been baked".
Another friend wondered aloud if the carvery would "be defeating" him this time, unsure if he could "clean the plate". However, he managed to finish his meal.
They then indulged in dessert, which they found to be "delicious". Amber pointed out that in "most places" in the UK, there's the "option to add custard," something she wished was available in America.
Upon leaving, Amber declared: "That was some good food. I feel like I just ate a Thanksgiving dinner". She then humorously suggested it was time for them to "roll on home".
But not before she spotted the advert for an "all you can eat breakfast" for just £7.99. "Well, we're coming back," she concluded the video by saying.
