Pregnant Kate Middleton wears Goat coat and Hobbs top for last royal duties before she gives birth

The Duchess of Cambridge chose two of her favourite luxury high street brands for her last public engagements to celebrate the Commonwealth

The Duchess of Cambridge turned to two of her British high street favourites for her last public engagements before she gives birth to her third child next month.

Kate stepped out in her £600 cream Goat 'Redgrave' coat and Hobbs' £49 floral print Rosie top, with black trousers and her Stuart Weitzman courts shoes.

Interestingly, neither Goat or Hobbs carry maternity lines in their collections but the Duchess has proved during this pregnancy that you don't have to buy a whole new wardrobe to accommodate your baby bump.

She also carried her black Mulberry Bayswater clutch bag and accessorised with her Kiki McDonough diamond hoops and Annoushka pearl drop earrings.

This is a change in style for the Duchess, who usually sports a coat and dress combo, but seeing as today's activities are a little more casual, it's a fitting look.

She and the Duke are celebrating the Commonwealth ahead of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in April.

Their first today is at the Copper Box in London's Olympic Park for a SportsAid event, a charity which helps aspiring young athletes.

The couple will then visit St Luke's Community centre to see preparations for a Commonwealth Big Lunch.

Kensington Palace announced this morning that these will be the Kate's last royal duties before she begins her maternity leave. They have also set up a webpage for updates about the arrival of the royal baby.
