Steve Jobs' daughter, Eve Jobs, is tying the knot with her Olympian fiancé, Harry Charles, this weekend. The 27-year-old daughter of the late iPhone pioneer and Laurene Powell Jobs is walking down the aisle in a rural area of Oxfordshire on Saturday, with huge names - including Kamala Harris - expected to attend.
Eve and show jumper Harry, 26, revealed their engagement last September and are celebrating their love over the course of four days, it has been said. Ahead of the big day, the couple and their nearest and dearest enjoyed a £100,000 pre-wedding party at a local pub called The Bull in the Cotswolds.
Locals were shocked to see over 20 men in suits with earpieces surrounding the pub as former US Vice President Kamala Harris was there to celebrate the couple.
In pictures shared online, a large table was set up for the couple and their closest friends and family in the garden of the venue. Romantic candle lights were placed along the length of the table along with flowers.
In one snap, Harris could be seen smiling proudly as Laurene stood up to give a speech. One patron couldn't "believe what I was seeing" as they witnessed the secret service sitting around the pub keeping an eye out for the VP.
“It’s been the talk of the village - it’s the most exciting thing that’s happened here for a very long time," the patron told The Sun.
According to reports, the wedding guest list includes the likes of Bruce Springsteen's daughter Jessica, Apple designer Jony Ive, Sofia Abramovich and more.
It's been said Sir Elton John is set to perform at the lavish event that reportedly cost close to £5million.
Socialites and celebrities, including Princess Beatrice, Jessica Springsteen, Arctic Monkeys drummer Matt Helders are expected to attend alongside tech royalty Jennifer and Phoebe Gates.
“The itinerary is scheduled so precisely, with guests starting to arrive all this week before the wedding celebrations begin on Thursday,” a source told the publication.
Eve is a model signed to DNA Model Management and has walked for the likes of Coperni. She also fronted a Louis Vuitton campaign and featured on the cover of Vogue Japan.
The star has also taken part in equestrian events, following in both her fiancé’s footsteps and her own mother Laurene Powell Jobs' philanthropic path.
Eve and her husband-to-be made their public debut as a couple at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, where he was competing.
