Little Mix star shares marriage woes and how little she sees footballer husband
Former Little Mix singer Leigh-Anne Pinnock is married to footballer Andre Gray and the pair share twin girls together
Leigh-Anne Pinnock has opened up about difficulties when it comes to her marriage. The singer revealed she only gets to see her husband three times a month. The star has said that they are in a "s***" situation which has been going on for the last three years.
The former Little Mix singer said that she is going through a "hard" time with her family at the moment while she looks after her four-year-old twin daughters. Leigh-Anne is married to footballer Andre Gray after they tied the knot back in 2023.
She's now opened up about Andre living abroad due to his job and how they manage to still spend time together. Andre plays for Turkish club Fatih Karagümrük and spends the majority of his time in Turkey.
Speaking on the Sh**ged, Married, Annoyed podcast with Chris and Rosie Ramsey she talked about the family situation: "Even now with my husband living abroad… we probably see each other, maybe if we are lucky, three days in a month.
"It’s so s**t." She then confirmed that he was living away in Turkey for work: "We have been doing that for three years. They [the twins] have just turned four."
Rosie then noticed that the set up must be hard for Andre to be away from his children as well. Leigh-Anne agreed: "So hard. He’s struggling a little bit to be fair."
The couple first struck up a romance back in 2016 before getting engaged in May 2020. Leigh-Anne then announced in 2021 that they were growing their family.
She said at the time: "We’ve dreamed about this moment for so long and we can’t believe the dream is finally coming true… we can’t wait to meet you."
In August she confirmed that she had become a mum for the first time after giving birth to twins. Announcing her happy news, the star told fans: "We asked for a miracle, we were given two… Our Cubbies are here 16/08/21."
Little Mix fans were overcome with joy recently as Leigh-Anne was joined by Little mix bandmates Jades Thirlwall and Perrie Edwards. Little Mix announced in 2022 they were going on a hiatus to embark on solo careers.
The friends have stayed close as they went to go and support Jade by going to watch her perform in London during her debut solo tour. The trio posed after the show for a stunning snap together backstage at The Roundhouse in Camden.
Still in her stage outfit, Jade wore a catsuit covered in gems while she put her arm around Leigh-Anne who wore a semi-sheer jumpsuit.
Meanwhile, Perrie, who is pregnant with her second child showed off her blossoming baby bump in lowcut shirt and jeans along with a cream blazer.
