Our group is about open hearted sharing of spiritual experiences that people from all religious backgrounds and all walks of life have and may not understand. You will learn valuable tools to enhance your current path and spiritual exercises to explore your inner worlds. All are welcome.

This group is is sponsored by the Irish members of Eckankar. We are here as a community service and resource for you to share your spiritual experiences and learn how to enjoy more of them!

We meet to share and discuss spiritual experiences and topics in an open, friendly and respectful environment. Talking with others can help us understand what our experiences mean. We also discuss spiritual techniques and resources for gaining greater experience and insight. People of all faiths and backgrounds are welcome. Eckankar is an ancient teaching that helps people make spiritual experiences an everyday reality in their lives.

ECK Family Retreat
De La Salle Retreat Centre, Castletown, IEAll are welcome
This retreat is open to all who want to get away to a nice quiet place where you can spend time on your own or with others exploring the spiritual side of life. Please feel free to invite family and friends who could benefit from a few days in a quiet rural retreat with a range of spiritual activities based around the teachings of Eckankar.
Programme
The programme will be based on your needs. On the first evening of the retreat we will discuss what each of us wants from the retreat. We will note all the requests and then build our programme around those. We will also be taking advantage of the quiet and peaceful surroundings for walks around Castletown village and along the Nore river.
2 nights stay with full board, €220
in the De La Salle Retreat & Conference Centre,
Castletown, Co Laois, R32 FK02, Ireland.
Location
Centrally located, just off the M7 & M8, 60 minutes drive from Limerick, 90 minutes from Dublin & Waterford, 100 minutes from Cork and 2 hours from Galway.
The centre has spacious grounds and is located in the beautiful village
of Castletown on the River Nore.
The Retreat includes:
Friday Evening - Supper and Accommodation.
Saturday - Breakfast, Dinner, Supper and Accommodation.
Sunday - Breakfast.
Plus workshops, talks, etc. throughout the retreat.
€220 per person for 2 nights.
There is a large dining room and a full-time chef who will try to accommodate your dietary needs.
