"Switch to old look" button
[edit]Is there any particular reason the "switch to old look" toggle is given such prominence on the sidebar? I very much appreciate the efforts made to accommodate users who prefer the Vector 2010 (I was one of those users until recently) but I can't help but feel that the emphasis given on the toggle almost encourages users to switch back, especially given the bolding. Is there an option to maybe remove the bolding or even remove the toggle as a whole? It's a bit distracting. I almost think I would've switched to the new skin earlier if I didn't feel like it was begging me to turn it off every time I tried it on. Loytra (talk) 06:07, 26 September 2025 (UTC)

Vector 2022: Pinned sidebar for anonymous users
[edit]Hello, thank you for the Vector 2022 skin! I love the slick design! Since settings like $wgDefaultUserOptions['vector-main-menu-pinned'] = 1; currently don't seem to have any effect on anonymous users, is there another way to achieve the default pinned menu state, like on https://sanat.csc.fi/ - maybe via MediaWiki:Common.js?
