Last week I got to spend real, in-person time with my team and it was a good reminder of how much that matters. There's only so much you can accomplish over video calls and teams messages. The personal conversations, the ability to see expressions, the trust that builds when you're physically present with someone, doesn't happen on a screen. I came back re-energized, recharged, and reconnected. #Reboot26
We’re back in the office after our annual #Reboot26 and what a fun couple of days it was. We kicked things off with management meetings, followed by a night of celebrations including a 20-year anniversary, our 10-year Rolex ceremony, and the bittersweet retirement of a few very important jerseys. The next day, we took it to the pool for games… some we won and some we definitely lost 😄 before wrapping up with our Day of Giving supporting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. One of my favorite things about Schellman is that we know how to work hard, celebrate each other, and give back all at the same time. Want a sneak peek at how much fun the #SchellmaNators had?
