BKV Energy: Lowering rates for existing customers without fees

We're doing things a little differently on purpose.   While most electricity providers focus on teaser rates and fine print, we built a system that actually lowers rates for our existing customers when market prices drop.   Normally, you have to pay an early termination fee and switch providers to secure a lower rate, but we've eliminated those hoops.    In August, we offered a rate cut to over 800 BKV Energy customers on the Bluebonnet plan or subscribed to BKV Energy Plus.   The average was –1.4¢/kWh, with some as high as –3.7¢/kWh.    And when the market allows, we'll do it again.   This is why Texans are switching to BKV Energy.
