Adweek's Media Plan of the Year aims to give credit where it's also due: the media planners who determine the right time, place and means of distribution to showcase the advertising and maximize the return for the brand. Rochelle, led the media team and her agency, OMD, to win 2013's Media Plan of the Year for the Black Ops II campaign.

The effort, which also involved roster shops OMD, 72 and Sunny, SapientNitro and Edelman, featured explosive, high-adrenaline ads starring Sam Worthington and Jonah Hill. Based on a points system, the Effie Awards identified the “most effective” advertiser, brand, agency, agency office, independent agency and holding company.
