The Chief Executive has announced this year's policy address to deepen reforms and boost Hong Kong's growth, creating more quality jobs. Through industry development and reform, we will advance traditional and emerging industries, open up new markets and strengthen our role as an international hub. I shall remove barriers to expedite northern metropolis development. We link education, tech and talent, and culture, sports and tourism, showcasing Hong Kong's charm. I shall step up bigger efforts to improve people's livelihood, expanding housing supply and enriching the housing ladder, enhancing public and primary healthcare, supporting the elderly and the disadvantaged, nurturing local talent and creating more chances for youth. We will capitalize on both national and global advantages, deepening reforms for our people, leveraging our strengths for a brighter future.
