The St. Petersburg Group is proud to announce the promotion of Amy J. Cianci MBA, SHRM-CP to Partner. We've only formalized what those who work with Amy already know—she is a partner in every sense of the word. Her insight, grit and care have helped define SPG, and her elevation reflects our commitment to growing with the people who make it possible. Amy joined SPG as Engagement Director and quickly became a driving force behind some of the organization’s most impactful initiatives. Her leadership has been central to the success of the Lealman Exchange, where SPG helped transform a 77,000-square-foot facility into a thriving hub for community services and innovation. She also plays key roles in operating the St. Petersburg Conference on World Affairs and the St. Petersburg Press. As Partner, she will continue to shape SPG’s expanding portfolio of capacity buildng projects including the forthcoming revitalization of the Science Center.
