Meet Kevin Diviness, Director of Quality Assurance for Capital Programs, who is retiring after 25 years at RTD. Kevin’s journey to RTD began with a love for Colorado and a career in transit quality management. Over the past 25 years, he’s helped deliver projects that will serve communities for decades to come, building infrastructure that connects people long after the work is done. A military veteran, Kevin credits RTD’s strong support for service members and veterans as a defining part of his experience. He values the teamwork, discipline, and commitment shared across the organization, especially when solving complex challenges that come with delivering transit in all conditions. As Kevin prepares for his next chapter, he reflects on the moments when projects became connections – seeing customers ride new services for the first time and knowing his work helped make lives better through connections. #WhyIWorkForRTD #PublicService #TransitCareers #OneRTD #RideRTD
